Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of the UseBudget application. They explain the rules for creating an account, using the service, and respecting the security and intellectual property framework of the product. This English translation is provided for convenience only; the French version alone is legally binding.

1. Access to the service

UseBudget is available to users who create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information.

You remain responsible for the confidentiality of your login details and for all actions performed from your account.

2. Allowed use

  • UseBudget is intended for personal budget management and financial organization.
  • You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access restrictions, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
  • Some features may be reserved for paying subscribers or users benefiting from a specific entitlement.

3. User content and responsibility

You remain responsible for the data you import or enter into the application, including account balances, transactions, categories, and notes.

UseBudget provides management and analysis tools but does not replace accounting, legal, tax, or investment advice.

4. Availability and suspension

UseBudget aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Access may be suspended or restricted in case of maintenance, security incidents, fraudulent behavior, or serious breach of these terms.

5. Intellectual property

The application, its design, branding, content structure, and software components remain protected by intellectual property rules.

No reproduction, resale, extraction, or reuse of substantial elements is allowed without prior authorization.

6. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available from the footer of the application.
