Use this page for legal, privacy, or support-related requests. To speed up processing, send your request from the email address linked to your UseBudget account whenever possible.
1. Requests we can handle
- Questions about subscriptions, billing, or account access.
- Requests to access, rectify, or delete personal data.
- Privacy or GDPR questions relating to the UseBudget service.
2. Information to include
- The email address used on your UseBudget account.
- A clear subject line describing the issue or request.
- Any useful context allowing us to identify the account or event concerned without sharing unnecessary sensitive information.
3. Personal-data requests
For GDPR-related requests, you may write directly to usebudget@marolya.fr with the subject GDPR, privacy, or DPO.
UseBudget may request reasonable proof of identity before processing certain sensitive requests.
